Horrible customer service and horrible cupcakes. I recently used this company for my wedding. The cupcakes were clearly baked days before, considering they were hard as rocks and stale tasting. We paid $400 for these on our special and not one person could help take them to the car when not a single customer was in store except my friend picking them up!! I call to let them know my concern and never get a phone call back!! I had too call back only to get two rude women who could careless about what I have to say!! Horrible customer service and not a great way to run a business!! I would never recommend this disgusting place to ANYONE!! I should’ve used sprinkles like I had planned to begin with!!

Don’t Go To Burbank. Look, the cupcakes are great but so are most gourmet cupcakes at any of these cupcakeries. So you then need to judge by customer service, atmosphere, and overall ‘vibe’. Having been to the West-side locations and treated like a human they at least would make eye-contact with I didn’t expect much from Burbank but was so disappointed with being ignored, left waiting, and then told what I wanted (even though I could see it) was not available (to their credit, maybe it was expired or just swooped up by someone else). I will not return to this place again. I don’t need to be eating cupcakes anyway but poor customer service will just lead me to other places (don’t go on Wednesday mornings!) The cupcakes are great though.
Yummy. Good cupcakes but $40 for 12. Will have to limit myself lol. Good thing I live in Idaho or I could be broke really fast. Thanks again Food Network for helping me find another gem.
Yummy cupcakes have the best cupcakes. I would tell anyone to try it. My favorite cupcake is chocolate/vanila
