The fresh-made pasta is amazing!. I was in from the east coast for a confernce in the Bay area. Tried Sapore with a group of clients on a Thursday night. Sapore says they make their pasta onsite fresh every day. WOW. I had the Rigatoni Rustica. The rigatoni was cooked a perfect al dente. The wait staff was attentive, but unobtrusive. One of the owners came to our table and made us all feel special. Sapore is on my list to come back to.

Excellent! I was very impressed with Sapore in Burlingame. Went with 4 people and everyone enjoyed their food. As a bonus, They have a loft area which looks good for groups.

I have been looking for a good Italian restaurant for years. Now I’ve found it. A little out of my way, but worth it.
A symphony of delicious food. This neighborhood gem serves up authentic Italian (southern) cuisine! The excellent service, superb entrees and great wines guarantee a happy palette. The pasta is made daily and cooked to a perfect al dente. The mussels in garlic and white wine are the perfect introduction to the gastronomic delights awaiting you at this nonpareil on Burlingame Avenue.
The food and service were excellent. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend this resturant.
