Ambience – 3.5/5 Food 4/5 Service 4/5 VFM 3.5/5 Parking YesBrendan’s was the place of choice of my colleague to unwind after a long day at work. And after a day full of meetings this is where we headed to. The lady at the counter was super energetic and friendly and had the ability to sell a comb to a bald guy. We ordered our drinks and based on her recommendation, went with a light beer.The beer was different, slightly sweetish and quite light. Really enjoyed the flavour.Also went with a vegetarian burger and a salad. The portion sizes were large and the veggies were fresh and crisp.Worth more visits to sample the traditional Irish fare.
Lots of fun. Brendan’s opened just a few weeks ago, so the place is still crazy-busy — especially on weekend nights. The bar is very popular. Lots of great beers on tap including Guiness and Kilkenny (which I’d recommend). For dinner, Corned Beef and Cabbage was excellent. Most of our party had Fish & Chips and it got unanimous thumbs up.
