Stopped by here again after many years and it seems like things are lagging. Maybe it was the time I went but they didn’t have very many customers… still the service was slower than it should’ve and the food was mediocre. I’d still say this or Hunan Garden are your best bets at Chinese in Camarillo, but unfortunately that isn’t saying much. Go to Thai Peru if you’re craving Asian cuisine (I know it’s not Chinese but you’re better off taking a trip to Chinatown for that anyway)22 May, 2009I used to go to Chinatown all the time growing up since my grandfather is half Chinese, so moving to Camarillo, I was a bit disappointed with the choices. However one evening my boyfriend’s parents wanted to eat out at this Chinese place, Peking Inn. I’d hadnt known of it, so I was definitely interested in trying it out, and BOY AM I HAPPY I DID! I love the food, the atmosphere, and I was so excited to find a great place for Dim Sum! Definitely check this place out, it was sure worth it.
The food is hit and miss. Sometimes hot and tasty and others cold with little flavor.
My go-to place for Chinese food in the Camarillo/ Oxnard area!
My favorite place for Chinese in Camarillo. Delivery is quick great prices great selection. Few of my coworkers go there for lunch and the service is ao fast that they always have spare time on their lunch hour. Great food! Decor outdated but that’s the fun of it!
When we are in the mood for chinese we usually go here. They decent menu variety and fun drinks. The to go orders are pretty quick also.
Mother-in-Law’s Favorite. Although we still head down to Chinatown or Monterey Park about once a month, as a Japanese American with a live-in China born Mother-in-Law, we have tried every Chinese restaurant in the area. Of all the places within a 30 min drive, she says this tastes the best. The service is always prompt and friendly, the food arrives quickly and the prices are reasonable.
Tasty but not sure it is a real healthy choice. I do like the food quality seems better than most. Give it a try!
