Va bene!!!!. I am a pizza snob from San Francisco…for years I have lived in Camarillo, all the while yearning for a legit, authentic, made-with-care rustic pizza…so thrilled to announce that I have discovered Pizzeria Bianco Rosso, and let me tell you, my life has changed. Three committed artisans, a beautiful woman, and her two handsome, creative, cordial sons, elevate pizza and customer service to a level never before experienced within these city limits, and scarcely anywhere else in my travels, for that matter…they know exactly what they want to purvey, having experimented extensively with varied and exciting ingredients, never allowing anything compromised to cross their counter. Their Margherita pizza, is pure perfection in its simplicity, and execution, and their stand alone meatball sub, with its gourmet, super large, melt in your mouth, family recipe, meatballs on crusty homemade rolls, smothered in smooth mozzarella, are worth whatever journey it takes you in order to sample. I look forward to trying everything on the continually updated menu, and will savor every bite along the way! GO! MANGIA!
