Nice and friendly staff and all you can eat!. I have taken many close friends to Fujiya all you can eat. Now i am a sushi snob, so i will be honest. not the BEST sushi i ever had in camarillo- that would have to go to yama’s sushi- but the best atmosphere yes!!! the tetami rooms are very nice, the traditonal kotetsu tables, with sunken floors was very appealign fo rme, and with larger party’s they have a nicely decorated room wiht a large 6+ table. Sake is always hot… not luke warm.. and Li is my favoret watress she loves my toddler and always rememerbs us when we return. I have been eatign sushi for 17 years, and eatting it as a reviewer for over 10. I have had fish fresh from tokyo markets righ toff the plane. so i may be overly picky. Bu ti can tell you the all you can eat has a catch. 3 round one hour.. GO! it feels liek a contest between me and my husband every time.. so we learned a trick. in the first two roudns we dont order any rolls! these take to much time and can slow the wait.. we order ALL THE fish we want in the first round, and any thing we missed the second.. sweet shrimp and rolsl take a good amount of time, so order them last.. and beware… dont over do it.. we always leave hurting.. The staff needs reminding your around unless your a regular, so dont eb afraid to ring the given door bell and order more.. thank you fujiya for 2+ years of excellent service and food!
