WTF Happened?. This once was a place that I went several times a month, but all that has changed. Went 2 weeks ago for a Togo order and after the 15 minutes that they said my order would be ready and I had paid I went up to ask when my food was going to be ready. It was busy so I cut them some slack. 30 minutes later I again had to ask for my food only to find out that they had not even started it yet.Cut to today. I ordered my food and waited 15 minutes. I got their and payed and was handed a ripped bag. With smashed containers. The drink that came with the order was never offered to me. The chips tasted weird and the bag was half the size that we have always received.This place has gone down hill for service and quality. Asked for a manager and there was not one. This place is officially off the menu. I would rather drive twice as far than go here again.
