Aomori Sushi is one of those small treasured restaurants Santa Clarita beholds. If you are looking for fresh Sushi, Aomori is your place. Everything they serve is extremely fresh (even home-made icecream). Having been to Japan myself, Aomori is as Japanase as they come. A 10 out of 10 undoubtedly
Great sushi. Yoshi has the best and freshest fish of any sushi bar. He truly does it the right way. The tempura and teriyaki are always great. Yoshi even makes an Olivia roll for little kids with just rice inside. Good date or family spot.
I LOVE IT!!!. I find Yumi and Yoshi to be a fresh of breath air their customer service is wonderful you feel like family and their sushi keeps you wanting more. They make a succulent garlic ponzu sauce that has u licking your fingers after you’ve finished your roll. I love it I’ve tried places in the AV, Santa Clarita, and many places in L.A. County and so on and nothing compares to Aomori and when they do make their green tea ice cream its another fave , i recommend, its very refreshing along with their Albacore special roll.
Boring restaraunt with mediocre food. Loves Sushi puts this place to shame
The best we’ve found in Santa Clarita. We were fans of Herman at Bonzai Gardens before they switched owners and Herman moved on. Bonzai is good….but after trying several other sushi bars around town….we discovered Yoshi at Aomori and now…This is our favorite place. Very small….food is always very fresh and Yoshi’s sushi recipes are great. His sauces along with his combinations which change from time to time are now our favorites here in town. I’ve had sushi all over the world…. and I highly recommend. But, don’t’ get too well known. We don’t want it to get too crowded.
