Let me save you some time …if you’re thinking about going here, just go. Now, let me steer you towards the best items:LEBANESE HASH with falafel. Fresh made falafel, lettuce, spicy potato , fried egg and tahini sauce is a combination you want in your mouth. Add house made hot sauce, maybe some hummus, rosewater lemonade or lebanese iced coffee and you’re set. Switch it up with a rice bowl or a wrap made with their homemade pita.If you’re a sweets lover, don’t skip out on the custard baklava. Homemade food made with love, doesn’t get better than that.

A Real Gem in Santa Clarita! Cute place, sweet owner, serious food!. Man’oushee is a hidden gem in Santa Clarita. Seriously, this place is somewhere you would expect to find in Santa Monica or Silverlake. My sister first told me about it a few years ago, and I have seen this place grow ever since. The owner is the chef and she is super sweet constantly making improvements, and I appreciate that. And the food is so good! Always fresh and you can tell it’s home made and special. I love the chicken shawarma rice bowl with extra of their hot sauce and my boyfriend who is vegan gets the falafel plate, babaganoush and the rosewater lemonade. So, so good! Try it out!

Still good! New items on the menu. Everything is still tasty and made with care here. They’ve added some new items like a fantastic lentil soup. They also added plates for about $10, veggie combo plate, falafel plate, roast chicken plate, beef schwarma plate. This is alot of good quality food for $10.13 Feb, 2010Still Fantastic!. Update, 5/5/10 Manoushee is now open later during the week and has added some new menu items, such as falafel. The food is still great and made with care. My falafel was very tasty and served in their warm pita bread with lettuce tomato, turnip pickles and tahini sauce. It was excellent!I hadn’t gotten to this place for awhile because it isn’t really that close to my house and with the hoildays I got busy. Now that I’ve been back I forgot how much I missed it.When I go, I get one of the sandwiches, usually chicken because it is the most perfect sandwich, warm bread, moist chicken, crunchy turnip pickles and creamy garlic sauce.then I get more food to go for my lunches for the week. I always buy enough figuring I have lunches for 3 days and somehow usually manage to eat the grape leaves in 2! Their turnovers make a fantastic lunch and are good room temperature or warmed up.The staff is so nice, everything is homemade, and made with love and care.As for the hummus, I’ve eaten ALOT of hummus from all kinds of places and Manoushee’s hummus is one of my favorites. Trader Joe’s hummus is swill in my opinion next to theirs. I know everyone has different tastes, but manoushees is so creamy and flavorful.Definitely go there if you haven’t25 Apr, 2009Fantastic! Go Now. I’ve been to this place several times now. Even though the title says bakery, they have chicken and beef schwarma sandwiches (both which are fabulous), tabulous, hummus, etc. They make everything fresh there (they bake the pita bread for your sandwich, while they are making the sandwich! – doesn’t get much fresher than that). You can definitely tell that everyone cares about the quality of the food. I’ve never had anything other than terrific, fresh, high quality food anytime I’ve been.Their baked goods like, bakalava, tarts etc. and always very fresh and delicous.Right now I’m addicited to the rotisserie chicken wrap. This consisted of tasty morsels of roast chicken on their delicious fresh dough with tomatoes, turnip pickles and garlic sauce. Yum!The chicken was placed on the dough so that it could be warmed up while the bread baked. It doesn’t get much fresher than that! Then it was smeared with a tasty, zippy garlic sauce and topped with tomatoes and turnip pickles! The warm bread and chicken, cold garlic sauce melting into the sandwich and the vinegary crunch of the pickles!!! This makes a nice lunch for only $5You can see what they have on their websitehttp://www.manoushee.com/site/

Over-priced, small quantity. The desserts (middle eastern desserts) are quite expensive compared to other places. Each is sold by piece as oppose to selling by pound. Overall, it is over priced. Some of the food items sold individually (pre-packed) are not fresh. So beware!

Authentic, delicious food. I love this place. Everything is so fresh and delicious, and the owner is the sweetest lady who goes out of her way to make your experience that much more enjoyable. I am obsessed with the beef shawrma sandwich. I need to have it at least 3 times a week. I’ll usually get a salad on the side, either the greek salad or a tabouli. Both are excellent as well. Their sweets are scrumptious and the last time I took an assorted pastry basket to a party, everyone raved about them. This P.C doomanis must be a real doomass if he thinks that hummus from Trader Joes comes anywhere close to being as good as Manoushee’s. Don’t listen to that ignorant ( and racist ) review and try Manoushee’s!
