Excellent Mexican Food. Great Mexican food and a very festive atmosphere. A welt tale wait on Friday night but not bad. House margaritas owere uninspired. Sent the skinny marguerite back – gross. Will try a premium margarita next time. The carnitas were fabulous and the chips and hot sauce were mildly addictive. Would definitely visit again.
Fun place – ordinary food. We took a large group out for quality Mexican food. Heard this place was highly recommended. The atmosphere was fun. Mariachis tableside added to this. Service was great. But in the end the food was just OK. A little on the bland side.
Good place for Mexican. I ate here when it was in Old Town, and I’ve been to the North County location a lot. Service is inconsistent, but the food is always good. They are very friendly, and the chips and freshly made tortillas are good.

In my quest to find the perfect fish taco, these fish tacos where decent. The presentation was impressive; however, they did not have the flavor of fish tacos I’ve had at less fancy restaurants. The side of arroz amarillo was delicious.

Best Mexican this side of Texas. I have lived in San Diego since 1984. I used to visit Casa de Bandini when it was in Old Town. It is every bit as good today. Great food and large portions. The atmosphere is great inside or outside on the patio. The prices are very reasonable and the service is great. The food comes quick. There can be a long line to get in depending on the occasion .
