  I’ve been a regular here for a couple years. They are hit & miss…one day will be below average & another absolutely great!! I believe it is because they do not have enough employees or their employees are not reliable & miss too much time. Many times one person is running the cash register, answering the phone, taking orders, cooking the fries, cooking the burgers….that is when the food is below average. Not to mention they’re not following proper health codes…no gloves….cash register to burgers to chicken to phone calls to taking orders??? MORE employees please!That is why I prefer going on the off hours & that is when you get a great burger & fries. BTW, plenty of parking in the back & if it’s tourist season or their charging for the lot….just show the guy your receipt & free parking!

  Local. Used to eat here everyday for lunch for the last 2 yrs. The last 3 times it took over 90 min to make 2 rounders. Rude staff, Holly is horible at cooking and very rude as well. I’m very sad that I have to find a new place to eat EVERYDAY. If Patty (the owner) is cooking I recommend to go in and eat,he is a great cook03 Nov, 2014Local. If patties there the foods good. He is the only one who cares

  Walked over for lunch with my daughter. Burgers were good but not fantastic. I had the middleweight with everything. She had a plain naked burger.

  You’ll talk about this burger for a while. Ambiance: I got my food to go, but as for the place itself, it’s a small, less-than-cozy type of place. To eat there would mean smelling like hamburgers by the time you leave. Perfect for pick up though. I loved the photos of the championship boxers on the wall though. Nice touch. Oh, by the way, parking could be scarce around lunch time. I went around 4 PM, so it was parking right out front, but I can see how that could be an issue on a weekend.Service: Only one person was working there. When I called my order in, a guy took my order, but when I arrived 10 minutes later, only a woman was there. She ran the register and stove. I later thought about it after eating that I don’t remember her wearing gloves, so that could be a health concern. She was really friendly and worked very quickly. Pleasant attitude as well.Food: Great burger. Any time The Mrs. approves a burger, then it’s a good burger. She got the middleweight and I got the heavyweight. The KO sauce that goes on all of their burgers is basically a special sauce like McDonald’s. It’s a Thousand Island based dressing that goes well with the burger. The buns were fresh and good and the meat, normally cooked to medium, was very tasty and juicy. The seasoned fries were a little overcooked, but that could be due to the fact that she was working alone. However, the seasoned salt she put on them really set them off. Very good! I caught a glimpse of a chicken burger while I was there and it really looked good as well.Overall: I give this place four stars. A few improvements here and there and this place would be top notch. They just need to insure there are plenty of workers there, everyone handling food is wearing gloves and the fries are a little less crunchy.
