Not really good. In my opinion at least, everything seems to be fried and nothing really tastes mexican. I have tried this restaurant several times as my friends, always want to meet there. I never liked a meal their once, and the service is really questionable.
Being from the East Coast our Mexican Restaurants are limited. Las Olas(Carlsbad) hit the spot for me. Great atmosphere and service. Try the Carnitas Burro grande! Will go back.
Came here with a beautiful, smart and completely interesting woman and had the best meal ever in Carlsbad.
We walked out of a Mexican restaurant neighboring it due to poor service and salsa. We loved the Cardiff location and the Carlsbad location proved to be as good if not better. The service was wonderful and of course the food and SALSA was, too!
Great food, great service, great happy hour, great prices, what else do you want. I usually judge a Mexican restaurant by the chili rellenos, and the salsa. Both passed the test.

Great place. We’ve always had good sevice at the the Calsbad location. I agree with another poster that the Carlsbad location is much better than the Cardiff one.Food is great, chill atmosphere…..we often make the drive up from La Mesa on Sunday afternoons to cap off the weekend.
