Pizza delivered late unbaked, No refund as promised, No call back from owner & managers made promises. I would give negative starts if I could too. This was the worst experience in my 18 years in the restaurant industry. DO NOT ORDER Gluten free—-it was delivered half baked / half-cooked and after 1 hour and 38 minutes. I am moving to the area and had meetings all week. I asked for the owner Mike and the managers said they could handle. The one kept taking messages and the other one said I will refund your $17.48 for a SMALL gluten free pizza and even deliver one to you again tonight after 7pm on the second day of complaints. I called at 8pm that night and the manager said he didn’t leave any instructions. The next day I waited all day no call. I called then another manager said he said you did not want anything and he would refund me if I came in. HUH…then he said you are being HARASSING because I am calling too much and it is harassing ….hmmmm….I am a unhappy customer looking for the owner Mike and I am harassing these young unexperienced managers. They do not know I have over 18 years in the restaurant industry and now will go to the BBB and the Health dept of San Diego county. I am sad that they are crude and rude and the pizza was horrible…..do not go here……If you know they will be nice, if they dont’ know you they treat you like a person who is not worthy of any complaint. Be careful!!! EXPENSIVE UNBAKED HORRIFIC PIZZA……..Watch they will have their friends review them to make them look good. This is an unprofessional place…

This is one of the best places I have seen for Gluten Free pizza and options. Their Cheesesticks are GF and amazing. Great service too!

I love the owner and emoloyees- super friendly and knowledgable!! The pizza is great and the cinnamon rolls are to die for!!! We love you guys!!!
