Hippie Cafe. This place cracks me up every time as far as the customer service goes. The last time I went, the guy behind the counter was definitely high and had a hard time taking my order. Luckily, another young woman took over for him and I had the most delicious ice cream ever! Great food, chill atmosphere, and there are always plenty of games to get out and play with a friend (chess, various board games, etc.). Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry.
