the restaurant is really bad however I had a reservation for me and my family and went exactly in time but theyve kept us wanting for a long period of time and there where a lot of empty tables. That was really rude of them

An Exciting ExperienceThis place is very unique. Everything comes out in a big presentation even the specialty drinks. It is definitely a place that needs to be visited at least once. It is pricey but worth the money.

Loved the place, very innovative and new. I can see why it’s the most instagrammed restaurant here, when the dishes gets served with giant props like a samurai sword, a giant fork, and also a mannequin head (with cotton candy for hair) Not only did everything look good, but it tasted amazing as well. Definitely worth the money.Don’t miss out on the desserts like the Marie Antoinette and also the dollar bill (which was my favorite)

Take the theatrics away and the food is excellent. I spent a few hours in the kitchen and they use the best produce cooked by Chef Attila Bollok and his crew. Great place to go for a Bday or party. Very fun and unique. Would definitely go back. facebook.com

This is one of the most entertaining dining and cocktail experiences in LA, Southern California and even the state of California. It’s over-the-top innovative dining with talented chefs preparing avant-garde dishes, while mixologists concoct vaporizing cocktails that has everyone at the table snapping Instagram photos. It’s an ideal birthday celebration destination!Order the fresh line-caught halibut ceviche is served in a clear glass and placed into a leopard print stiletto heel. This cold appetizer is mixed with a dollop of mango sorbet and small laughing bird shrimp. These crustaceans are marinated with the halibut in leche de tigre (a citrus-based infusion) for an hour, then drained. The liquid is poured into a shot glass to serve with the ceviche in the shoe. Guests are to drink the shot before scooping the avocado mousse, mango sorbet and ceviche with a plantain.Laughing bird shrimp is presented in a large carnival-style popcorn machine with Old Bay spiced popcorn. Guests can dip the crispy treats into a Sriracha aioli or sweet chile sesame dipping sauce. Its a fun, unusual appetizer to share around the table.Enjoy these while sipping a Diamonds are Forever martini made with citrus vodka, triple sec and lemonade. Its served with a vodka Popsicle and sugar stick to stir into the vaporing cocktail to create a sweeter libation. There is a sparkling votive candleholder on the mirrored cocktail tray to hold your Popsicle stick after the vodka dissolves. In the Buddahlicious drink, pear infused vodka is mixed with lychee and cranberry juice and served with a nitrogen Popsicle of pear vodka and a small golden Buddah. Chocolate lovers will enjoy the signature Sabrinatini martini served with a nitro-champagne swizzle stick and a solid chocolate monkey hanging down the side of the glass.Other jaw-dropping dishes include a giant silver Humpty Dumpty serving piece filled with ice. Remove the top and find a plate of small rolled cannoli shells filled with black caviar and decorated with edible flowers. The chopped sunflower salad, served in a large wooden bowl, includes arugula, sunflower petals, purple cherries and sunchokes dressed in a slightly sweet stone-fruit vinaigrette is healthy. The soy marinated and coal roasted foie gras balances hot and cold temperatures and varying textures. The tender and rich foie gras is served with warm, smoked, seedless grapes and cold scorched honey and pistachio gelato and accompanied by black sourdough charcoal bread sticks. bread and fruit to raise the flavor profiles.Porcini pizzeola, a delightful, umami-forward vegan dish, is served with a potted green plant and a side of eggplant puree and chickpea croquettes. One of the most unique dishes is Barton G’s flakey lobster pop tarts, which are brought to the table in a retro-toaster. These pop-tarts are made with phyllo pastry, Pernod mornay sauce, and fresh Maine lobster.Lobster lovers will also ooh-and-aah over the creamy lobster trap truffle-mac n cheese made with a generous pieces of lobster mixed with a smooth and exquisite three cheese lobster sauce.Be sure to finish with chocolate. It arrives in a intriguing smoking treasure box filled with chocolate. The treasures included a Valrhona 66 percent double chocolate bittersweet brownie with house-made Tahitian vanilla bean nitro ice cream, rich chocolate ganache and gold dusted chocolate spoons. As the dessert service continued, I was in awe over Barton Gs Let Them Eat Cake tribute. A silver Marie Antoinette bust was placed before me with an elaborate hairdo of pink cotton candy piled over two feet tall and styled like a wig. Several delightful petite cakes surround the dish. When it comes to fun dining, creative cuisine and over-the-top glamour in Los Angeles, it doesnt get better than Barton G. dineandtravel.wordpress.com
