I have been to this place multiple times and the quality and quantity seems to reduce every time I visit this place. I recently went with colleagues as they really wanted to try Indian food for lunch and my experience this time was horrible. The quantity of each dish has reduced to a minimal. I ordered chili chicken and the chicken was uncooked or felt like it was still frozen. Dal makhni was nowhere even close to Americanized dal. The service was really slow even the fact that we were the only people in the restaurant. This will be my last visit to this restaurant.

Delicious Indian food, a fun place to go, with good service and friendly management. We ordered Aloo Saag, Chicken Jalfrezzi, Green Chicken Tikka, Tofu Vegetable Curry and Garlic Nann and all dishes were tasty.

When you’re this far away from home (I’m from India) this great food made me happy beyond imagination. The food was exemplary, the presentation good. I particularly need to complement the breads they were out of the world.

Situated close to the Grove, it was an obvious choice for us to end the day with a good dinner. The ambience was OK. I mean most of the Indian resturants are based on the same theme, so not much of a differentiator for me.The food was good, we ordered vegetarian, all the dishes were good. The taste was mild spicy, but understandable it is tuned to the local taste. The servers were polite and service was good, they had good music playing that day.Overall I liked the place, will definitely go there again.

None of the dishes was worth it. A total sham. I had Baigan Barta Alu Mutter Kofta Kurry Aloo Tikki Pakodas Roti Paratha Garic Nan. In spite of being nice hungry we left food on the table.

Delicious food and comfortable atmosphere. $50 got myself and gf a full platter with appy, two meat dishes, two veggie dishes, naan, rice and dessert; we didn’t leave leftovers, too good. Very tasty on all points. If convo gets stale, just watch the Indian music video’s playing, always entertaining.

Yes!. Besides serving delicious food, Electric Karma is a quiet place to watch the goings-on at the au courant place across the street. (Paparazzi, anyone?) Electric Karma is a great date restaurant. It’s exotic, romantic, moderately priced and did I mention, really good?! I generally order chicken tikka dry … but we had theirs with masala sauce that was creamier than what I’m familar with…. and delish. The vegetable pakoras were good, perhaps a bit too deep fried for my taste — but certainly good. With the plethora of Indian restaurants in Los Angeles, to stay in the game, one must stand out. And Electric Karma does. We’ll be back!
