Breakfast here was yummo. We had Breakfast here on our last day in LA and it was amazing! I asked for hot chocolate and they gave me a whole pot of it – same with the coffee – and we got orange juice and it tasted freshly squeeze – i got eggs benedict and was very tasty! If i am staying in the Sofitel again in LA I would def go again!

I tried Simon LA based on GAYOT naming this place in the top 10 restaurants of Los Angeles. I wouldn’t name Simon LA in the top 10 restaurants I have ever been to in my life in any city. The staff were very nice and service was good however the food was a huge dissapointment. My crabcake was overcooked and dry. The halibut also overcooked and dry. The black rice was bland. For the price I expected fine dining…..not even close. I will never return.
