We love gelato and have had gelato in many different cities and countries. Grom’s pistachio gelato was excellent ! It is pricey and there was about a 10 minute line – but that did not dissuade us from returning twice during our 1 week in NY – once more to the Broadway location and once to the Bleecker St. location
GROM Gelato is creamy and delish. The flavors are organic and so luscious. Seasonal flavors are worth tasting. I love having gelato here and I hope that the remaining two locations thrive. I always tussle between pistachio and crema de GROM. So this time I had the pistachio with raspberry sorbet. I felt I was in a raspberry patch picking the berries myself wafting in the aromatic perfumed berries.Run to have one yourself!
Great gelato, bad service. Loses some cred because the service was dismal… as in super cold and rude, and when you’re paying top prices for gelato, I’d appreciate a smile, or really anything. Inside is a bit commercial and I hate all the signs (healthy gelato? really?) That aside, the gelato was really good, and I see why the line was out the door. Pistachio is a personal favourite. Go grab some and head to the park!
January 2015. Ordered Hot Dark Chocolate and various flavors of their magnificent gelato. Since I’m a dark chocolate aficionados ,I had Ciocolatto fondente (dark chocolate) and tiramisu. Second cup was nocciola (hazelnut) and Caff (espresso coffee). The third cup i ordered Baccio (milk chocolate and hazelnut chips) and Gianduja (Gianduja chocolate). I definately got carried away and kind of embarrassed that i am going back and forth to order. Lucky it was winter and after a snowstrom so it wasn’t as crowded as my first visit where i could only ordered the dark chocolate and crema dw grom. I definately was in gelato heaven and chocolate paradise, proven by empty cup pictures and absence of pictures with complete gelato. ?. Anyone who’s coming to NYC is mandatory to visit Grom ?
Coffee gelato to die for!. Even though it’s been bitterly cold this winter, I could not help but havie a great frozen dessert from Grom. The best gelato in the city.The coffee gelato is my favorite and always amazing. The hot chocolate is of course a welcome winter relief.

Y.U.M. This gelato was the best I’ve had in many a year. Creamy and rich, you don’t need much! We had the chocolate and the salted caramel, but I was tempted by the lemon sorbet and the pear sorbet. We had a nice night to sit outside at one of the two tables there.
