My friends have continuously urged me to go to Jeff’s and try one of the sausages and taste the food they offer. I have been pushing it off for to long now and finally decided to go. Boy was it not disappointing! The store does not look like much, but the food it truly worth it. There are several off the menu items which the first timer would not know to order. Luckily my friends instructed me what to order. My burger was so tasty and juicy and I still have not gotten over the taste. I am so lucky I decided to take my friends up on their offer to go. They also have a soda fountain with free refills which you can help yourself to as you enjoy your hot dog or sausage.

Busy it was too with with customers lining up. Everyone was pleased with their order and the staff were friendly with one who was taking a break telling us Aussies Jeff’s story and how he got started.

Reliable and Local. Jeff’s has been around for a few years now, dishing out superb home made sausages. Jeff started with a dream to bring the highest quality original recipe sausages to L.A. and he has succeeded. The place is usually packed. And by the way both the establishment and the food are kosher so closed Friday afternoon until Sunday lunch. Worth a special trip.
Jeff’s = Good Grub!. I can finally say, without reserve or apprehension, Jeff’s is the greatest gourmet kosher sausage factory this side of the Mississippi. All joking aside, this place dishes out some seriously tasty grub. With the name up on the wall, you can’t help but dive into one of their gourmet sausage sandwiches. At first amazing bite, you’re hit with one overwhelming question … why haven’t I been kosher my entire life? Okay, so that probably isn’t going to happen, but you will start thinking about sneaking behind the counter and finding out what sort of secret spices Jeff’s throwing into his juicy and flavorful dogs. It definitely doesn’t matter what religion or beliefs you have coming in, you’ll leave worshiping the sausage. Go with any of them off the menu, whether it be Beef Italian, Chorizo, or Cajun Chicken, and you won’t be disappointed. Pair it up with some shoestring fries or get frisky and upgrade to the sweet-potato variety instead. Whatever you do, soak up your surroundings and just enjoy the experience. At Jeff’s, you feel like you somehow crashed a family reunion. Everyone seems to know each other by name, to the point where you start wondering if you’ve stumbled upon the Jewish Cheers. Well join on in. Grab a deliciously crafted dog, pour on some of the sweet pepper sauce off the shelf, and toast to Jeff’s sausage factory. L’Chaim! To Grub!
The best BBQ Beef sandwich ever.
Tasty!. A small and cacophonous place. The sausages are outstanding. Particularly enjoyed the bratwurst (sweet) & the chorizo (spicy).
