Sushi Gem in Beverly Hills. Minori is a neighborhood gem! The fish is fresh and prepared by fantastic sushi chefs. You can definitely taste the quality of the food without paying an arm and a leg for it in this neighborhood. Typically you’ll find the restaurant filled with regulars who’ll give you tips on what to order, I listened and wasn’t disappointed. Overall, great dining experience.
