This was an unplanned adventure that turned out wonderful. We decided to stop in and try it and the atmosphere was great, nice decor and clean. We sat outside as it was a nice evening. I will say that seating is very casual and you need to hold your plate to eat as the outdoor chairs don’t match well with the table. But that aside the food was spectacular. They serve it family style so you can sample the dishes with your friends. We had the battered pork which was ok I’m my opinion but it was a table favorite. I had the princess chicken which was fabulous. The chicken Tikka masala was flavorful and tender. The Indian flat bread stuffed with beef had a true Indian flavor and was good too bad it was a small appetizer. I will keep this in my places to return if ever in the neighborhood again.
eye popping entrance, seems like a Buddhist temple that I was about to enter. Lots and lots of tables outside, I can tell that this place gets super packed especially over the weekends Whitney was our waitress, did a good job, attended to our needs Rice crackers and tomato chutney for complimentary appy, so yum! Festive rice: I enjoyed this which was cooked with coconut, sooo gragrant! Cousin ordered the Cashew Thai Basil Chicken: has some good flavours to it, fresh ingredients, loved the flavours! Veggie spring roll was good, chef suggested to wrap it with the lettuce leaves, basil, mint & cilantro which was a great idea, now I had spring roll lettuce wrap ambiance is good, $$ not bad, I’ll be back again
Been here twice. The interior of the restaurant is simply great, great for a calm relaxing evening. The menu is good. The taste was great. Tried the chicken samosa, the pad thai noodles and spring rolls. The dipping sauce is real good. The pad thai noodle is topped with a lot of peanuts, basil and spring onion which makes it taste real good although one time, they did not serve the noodles hot and felt like it was simply reheated and by the time they go it to the table it was cold. But the waitress there got us a new plate which took another 20 minutes or so. The wait time is lot so make sure the table is booked before reaching there.
I just love the vibe at this ultra cool Asian fusion restaurant. The food was very tasty. I enjoyed the unique flavors. The environment was also unique and fun. The staff was very friendly. I almost went back for another dinner the next night. I don’t live in the area otherwise I would continue to dine there.
Great atmosphere but that’s it. Food is average and the portions are tiny. You’d have to spend a lot of money to get a descent sized portion. The main dishes seem like appetizers. Stick with PF Changs sooooo much better.
The atmosphere and service were great! I ordered the chicken tikka masala. The preparation was non-traditional and it ended up being more of a tomato based Asian ragu. The spice was off the charts and almost inedible (coming from someone who grows habanero, cayenne, cherry and jalepeno peppers to use in cooking daily — I can handle heat). My companions all enjoyed their meals.
Fantastic mix of Asian dishes. Right from the tranquility hall entrance, you get a feel of peace and class. Instead of one big main, you can select many smaller dishes from many regions of Asia. The mix of flavors is fantastic. Although the portion sizes seem small you won’t leave hungry. I have been back four times with different friends And all of them were impressed. The style is different and makes you feel like you might be overseas. The food and service are first rate. My last visit was June 2011
