Excellent Kosher Steakhouse. Best apptizers: Kobe sliders and Scallops.The Kobe sliders are made with a 70% lean ground beef versus 90% lean regular ground beef. The meet is extremly juicy and tastier.The scallops are made with baked Chilean sea bass wrapp with in-house smoked strip bass and served over top quality avocados.The aged ribeye is perfectly marbled and juicy. Order medium rare or rare as Jewish crowd tends to enjoy over cooked meat.Best Desserts: Chocolate souffl and tart tatin.Both are served warm and with ice cream.Staff could explain the menu in details.Chef made some appearance and cooked table side dishes.Wine menu is very organize and complete.Good steakhouse for sure and probably best kosher in the country.David B.
