Good ingredients, but…. Several things bothered me about The Nacho Truck. I ordered my nachos as a ‘salad.’ I was led to believe it would take 5 minutes but it ended up taking 20 minutes, so I was irritated before I got the food. It came with NO chips (but a tortilla underneath). I asked for and got a few chips which were not crisp (oil not hot enough?). It also came with NO cheese sauce. You can’t call it ‘nachos’ if there’s no cheese sauce. Even if you order it as a salad, it could come with a little portion cup of their supposedly great nacho sauce and a few (crisp) chips. Good salad but I feel I missed the ‘Nacho Truck’ experience.
