Had spicy beef short rib sandwich. Half French dip, half BBQ, half torta…well, sorta… Seriously, a good twist on several traditional ideas that worked well. Not too hot, but a touch of kick. Generous meat, ciabatta gets a bit soggy with juice. Good job. Chimichurri slaw is that close to being a real delight. Good flavor mix, but texture was too dry for me. Friendly staff. I’ll come back, I’m sure.
