  Great place to. …. get drunk?. I was looking for an amazing breakfast burrito and after reading reviews I thought I would give the buzz a shot. My advice, don’t just don’t. I’m not sure who wrote the good reviews but if I had to guess it’s people who went there after a night of heavy drinking at which point anything in your stomach tastes good or the reviews were written by people still intoxicated off the champagne brunch. If you’re idea of good flavor falls along the palate line of cardboard and plain oatmeal then this is your place. Or if you just want early morning buzz (champagne). My burrito looked great and that’s where the good ends. I ordered a sausage buzz burrito, I think a total of one and a half links were used for my entire burrito. They boast two eggs in the burrito but I only managed to find smears of yellow that I assume were the eggs next to smears of green which I assume were avocado. Then the pound and a half of flavorless potatoes. Oh and I guess it had cheese but I never saw or tasted it. Essentially I played about $9 for a flavorless potato burrito. If it was priced at $2 I wouldn’t mind it coz that’s about what it’s worth but at $9 I could have gone to mom’s restaurant or the Italian cottage and gotten a far superior burrito. Fail for the buzz I won’t be back nor recommend it to anyone who’s not looking for a place to get drunk in the a.m.

  Champagne Brunch. At other breakfast places I’ve gone, you get a tiny champagne flute for your bottomless champagne. Not here! You get a GOBLET. It’s basically the place to go to get drunk in the morning. It’s the only reason why I constantly return to this restaurant. Oh and the two for one coupon in the yellow coupon book. The food is good, decent. For us, it’s nice to eat something while you’re downing champagne. You’re basic breakfast, good, but nothing ground breaking. The breakfast burritos are good, but they’re heavy on the potatoes. Great spot if you just want to get drunk in the morning and have some food with it. I think of it more as a morning bar with food, great to go to with friends. If you’re looking for the food to be the highlight, I suggest going somewhere else.

  Excellent Burritos!. Probably one of the best breakfast burritos in Chico. Good salsa too 🙂

  Sunday morning brunch is great!. I like to go there for the bottomless glasses of champainge. Food is good, and the service is as good as it can be for a place that is jam packed. That’s the downside, its so busy when school is in session that it’s a super popular and very crowded and loud on Sunday mornings. But if you want to get sloshed and spend a day walking around the university and downtown. It’s great for that. Keep an eye out for 2 for 1’s in the News and Review.
