Hula’s is veary good ever since I moved from Chico I miss it a lot it’s cheap and u get it your way making the blows is half of it the other is watching them cook it right infrought of and everything is freash there I know cuz I cook there for three years and ate it every day and it never got old know matter what u do it never taste the same
If at first you don’t succeed…. I can never quite understand why some people say they don’t like Hula’s. Most people say they don’t like it the FIRST time they go, I was one of those people. How can you not like it when YOU make your own bowl? At first I didn’t know what I wanted and tried one of the sauce recipes provided at the buffet line. I didn’t care for it, but I went back and tried it again and decided to make my own concoction of sauces, and LOVED it. It all depends on how YOU make it the way YOU want it. Simple as that, and they cook it for you. 🙂 The staff is always really great, I like that they look into your eyes as they greet you and take your bowl to cook it. The restaurant is VERY clean, you can really eat off the floor of this place if you had to. 🙂 Hula’s rocks!
Hhhm, Hula’s. Their food is not bad. The following they have seems to be from the fact that you can get A LOT of food for very little money. It is cheap, and different from the other options around here. However, the food itself is fairly uninteresting.
Its all you can eat.. The bowls are farily large so you can get alot of items in them. For me one bowl is plenty. So, if I go with my friends we usually get it to go, in order to save a few bucks.Careful however, during peak times on weekends I’ve waited up to 45mins in line to get to the grill.
A Chico favorite! All my friends who have moved away miss Hula’s.
