Arriving at Chico, CA, the very first thing we did before signing up at our hotel, was to stop across the street at the IHop restaurant. We ordered:All you can eat Pop Fried Shrimp, $10+?. The smallest shrimp in the business crispy fried, and French Fries. Shrimp came hot, very crispy, and covered with a coating which tasted good enough, but came to discover that some of the pieces lacked the presence of the bay shrimp being used. This happens with tiny clams also, you get the bread more often than not. Fries were fries, hot and on time. Only one time refills of the shrimp was enough. 3 Stars.Double Cheese Burger w Fries, $10+?. Sizable serving, that was enjoyed, or should I say, devoured? by family member. She gave it 2 thumbs up. 4 Stars.
