20 minute wait when there were multiple open tables. Service was a tad slow. Garlic fries were cold and the fish tacos were basically fish sticks on small tortillas.

Highly recommend this restaurant. I had the ribs which were cooked perfectly and had a great a great tasting sauce. Our service was quick and the beer selection pretty wide. Additionally, if you order the fires with garlic…there is literally a scope of diced garlic on top of the fries. So, if your not wanting that much garlic you may want to ask for less. Over all, I’d happily dine here again.

May have good food, but service is the worst. Was a 25 minute wait, which I completely understand for a Saturday night, but we waited over an hour for a french dip sandwich and salmon. Our server didn’t check on us once after we got drinks. We watched multiple tables that were sat after us get their food and finish their meals. After mentioning our wait to a manager, and being assured he would take care of it, we found him standing around. There was no apology, no explaination. Terrible customer service.

Went there for lunch. Without question the worst, dry, preformed, sawdust burger I have ever eaten in my life. Strangely, the Sweet Potatoe fries were great. Do Not Eat A Burger there. Awful

Good food, loud place. We visited the Pour House on a Thursday night. It was fairly busy, but we only had to wait for about 8-10 minutes for a table. This place has a high ceiling, which seems to echo the voices of all of the patrons, making for a very loud room on a busy night. When seated, we immediately ordered waters and I ordered a pale ale. I had heard mixed reviews of the service there, so I used the stopwatch function on my phone to time it out. It took almost 9 minutes for 2 waters and 1 beer to make it to our table. By that time we were ready to order, and had been for awhile. To my surprise, the food took less time to make it to our table than the waters and a beer did. I had the smoked turkey chopped salad, which was excellent. They did not have the appetizer that I originally wanted available any longer, and the server informed me that the management intended to radically change the menu soon. So we went with our second choice appetizer, the fish tacos. The breaded cod was some of the most moist and tender fish I have ever had, and I liked everything else about them as well. It seems like they are getting some of the kinks worked out during this early phase of their operation, and I will definitely go back to see what they do with the menu. Their pale ale was decent, but nothing special. I think I will try their IPA next time, unless they come up with a winter seasonal by the next time I visit.

Horrible, took too long. Lazy wait staff and rude. Drinks too sweet, music too loud(and lame). Food was greasy. Not coming back.
