Pho Grand. First time here so I went for not so obvious and I ordered the tripe and tendons Pho with beef balls. You can always tell how good and clean a place is by ordering these combinations. The tripe was very clean and very fresh. So are the beef balls and the broth was very tasty and good. he broth was fresh and clean tasting.I also ordered the egg rolls (2) for appetizer. These were also crsipy, fresh and good. Its nice that they cooked everything fresh instead of pre-made. The portions were huge considering the other Pho places around. The service was really good. i dropped my spoon and she was on it. Brought me a clean one without asking. The waitress came by to ask how we were doing and refill my water
