Wang Cho. We have been wanting to come here but it is always crowded. Decided to come for lunch and try it out. They have different prices for lunch and dinner. Did not see the lunch menu. There’s a $19 and a $25 option. They pretty much looked the same to me except maybe the $25 option has shrimp and Angus meat. Not sure if I spend the extra for that. Maybe if there was more seafood option. The place is very clean and the staff are very good and accomodating. Most of their staff speaks english. They change your grill often which kept the grill from smoking too much. The marinated beef was great, chicken was marinate was great, the squid was good (slice them small and don’t overcook it) and tender. I like the fact they have the option to get weird stuff like intestine, tongue and belly. The beef tongue was good, it needed more marinate and maybe thicker slices. The green salad was great and yes the wife ate a lot of the salad because she liked the way it was fresh and simple. We also loved the side dishes like the bean sprouts, kimchi, cucumbers and celophane noodles. It could have been a little more spicy. The rice and raddish paper was a surprise. The waiter suggested it and I tried it and loved it. Wish we knew we could have asked for steam rice. Next time we go back we have to try the brisket and the ribs. A little overwhelmed on the selection that we did not try anything else.
