I went to the cold stone in Eastlake with my daughter, an Employee named, Connor took our order: A Strawberry Funnel cake for my daughter and a large Savory Strawberry shake for myself.. It took that staff 10 min to make our order..!! 6 customers behind me paid for their orders.!! The employee should have told us Funnel cakes will take a while longer to make!! POOR Customer service… I am going back to Baskin Robbins..
