Good, Quick Service with a Smile. After dining at an In-N-Out-Burger on my last vacation, was excited to have one so near to my hotel during my stay in San Diego. It was my first meal of the day after flying in from Washington. Everything I remembered; great food, great service, polite and respectful staff. A special thank you to Laurel who welcomed us with an open door and brought us our meal when ready. All this during a lunch rush. I wonder if we looked like out of towners? But then again, she continued this exceptional service for many others while we were there. Great Job Laurel!!!
Totally disgusting!. I just don’t understand how anyone can actually eat this garbage. The burgers are always swimming in greasy nastiness and turn into mush within a couple minutes. Epic Fail. Worst burger chain ever.
Ehhhh…mediocre at best…FIVE GUYS is MUCH MUCH better.
Apparently its a thing to create a drive thru line of 20+ cars and wait 45 mins for the drive thru… Why not just walk in?
Best burger quickly. The burgers and fries for the price are five stars. I got my burger animal style and it didn’t disappoint. Simple menu done right. I will stop at one any time I have a chance. We need one in the Texas panhandle. It would do big business here
Not as good as Five Guys. The shakes here are watery and the fries are soggy.
WTF. I just don’t UNDERSTAND. This is just a burger. Do you have to be really really drunk to get it ? Is In and Out just coasting on fond memories from your high school party days ? Seemed to me to be on par with Wendy’s. I do not think it’s bad but I wouldn’t drive out of my way for it. I guess I am not from California.
