There pho is sub par but near my work so I’ve been there probably 15 times. Today my pho came without noodles. I asked for noodles and the waiter said he’d have to look at my order, left and never came back. I waited close to 15 minutes, watched my soup turn cold, left exact change, got up and left. I’ve NEVER dined and not tipped at least 20% even if the service sucked. I could maybe understand waiting if they were really busy but the place was dead.

I tried this place over two months ago and I still remember how watery the rare steak Pho was. It tasted like water. First time eating Pho that I left the bowl almost full and went somewhere else to eat. I forgot how the spring rolls tasted.
