The cold truth is that most ice creams are mainly ice water (often air)! At 300 below, our scoops are cooler. By flash freezing faster with liquid nitrogen (very scientific, we know), we achieve a richer, more flavorful experience thats creamier and sweeter than your average scoop. Our all-natural flavors are authentically Italian (compliments of our in-house chef) and though our milk is from the happy cows of California, our Cadburys cocoa comes straight from England. Sweet Cloud is decadent and full-bodied ice cream like youve never tried it. Freshly served, intensely cold, its ice cream as it should be.
