HOW much?!?!. Nice place, good food/service – ridiculous prices. Prices are at least 25% too high for what the offer. Food tastes fine, don’t feel I got anywhere close to the value I paid for.
It was good but way overproced and overhyped
Good burgers; interesting fries, but over-priced. Also, parking can be very difficult during lunch due to smallish parking lot.
Seriously Delicious Burger. I tried the Spicy Baja Burger with a side of Haystack Onions. First off, when it arrived it was so hot and fresh I had to wait about a minute to even start eating it. Cooked to a perfect medium, without me even having to specify doneness. The flavors were so good, with fresh sliced hot peppers, ample portion of guacamole, and I had them add a fried egg for only a dollar. The haystack onions came with a dipping sauce that was great too. Not entirely sure what it was, but it tasted like a zesty aoli. Service was also excellent, very prompt and friendly. If I am ever back in the Sacramento area, I will definitely return for one of their burgers.
Bacon Cheeseburger with Fried Egg. Every time I go to Smashburger the burger has been delivered juicy and fast. Can’t beat that combo…especially when the burgers are reasonably priced!
Smashing!. OK so I thought that Smashburger sounded a little strange for a burger joint but when I ordered the classic bacon cheesburger I was really impressed with the flavor. The burger is juicy and well seasoned. I had the 1/4 lb the first time and the 1/3 the next visit and I have to say I like the 1/4 lb better. You can taste the seasonings on the beef more on the 1/4 lb than on the 1/3. The service there is great, even though it is counter service they bring you your food and come back to ask if you want anything else. Once the girl even re-filled my soda! So cool. The only downside is it is a small place and they need to expand or move to a bigger location.
