This is an unpretentious establishment in an unpretentious location. It has several large flat television screens, mostly showing sporting events, but with the sound off so it doesn’t have that sports bar vibe. I regularly have a beer here with a friend and have enjoyed the wide selection and the friendliness of the staff. The selection is heavy on IPAs, a common problem as this style is having its heyday with craft producers and beer aficionados, but you’ll find something you like and they’ll offer you a sample or two to help decide. One day I was starving and ordered a burger without expecting much but it turned out to be better than average for this type of establishment.
