Terrible service. I thought Aruffos had a great reputation… but tonight we were seated at 7:57…. at 8:23: No attention. No water. No bread. No order. In the meantime, other diners came and were served. One table that came after us by this time had water, drinks, salad and bread. At 8:23 we asked a young man if we could get water, and he said sure…but at 8:30 my husband went and asked somebody else. 8:35! Water! Finally the waiter came and took our orders, at 8:45 we got bread – nearly an hour. When he brought the pasta, he asked if we wanted pepper and cheese…but added them on the tray …. after I watched him put a LOT of pepper one one plate, I asked if he could serve the food and let our guests determine the amount of cheese and pepper. Also the fake brick wall was falling off towards our table – that could be fixed with a couple of nails but the gap was noticeable.The food was good but the service was awful. I will not be going back.
