La Minute (ice cream) shares with Augies (Coffee) open a place in downtown Claremont. It is located next to the public parking lot. You can order a mixture of coffee & ice cream too. La Minute is attracted people because it is unique using liquid nitrogen and strange combination of flavor such as Strawberry Balsamic, Chocolate Lavender, Orange Honey, Expresso Chip, Salted Caramel, Mint Chip etc.Overall, the ice cream is good and has a pretty unique flavor. You might not like the strange flavor but if you are an ice cream lover then it is worth to try it. Even though I am not ice cream guy, I do like this place.
