Uno Tre Otto has got to be the most imtimate and exclusive dining experience in the region. In a non descript and almost clandestinely elegant setting, Uno Tre Otto is secretly hidden in a converted carriage house, in an alley of the Claremont Village. The setting is very intimate with maybe a dozen tables available.Craft cocktails are made by an excellent unseen mixologist in a hidden loft bar, and delivered via a secret victorian era dumbwaiter. I highly recommend the Conway. The attentiveness to service and hospitality is at the highest possible standard, with a greater than 1:1 ratio of staff to diner. Dining at Uno Tre has the feel of being at your very own exclusive dinner party, with your own personal wait staff.The Chefs spared no detail in the preparation of each creative and magnuficent course. All ingredients are frshly sourced from a local farm, and all sauces individually prepared. Once again, like being treated to your own private chef. Leave the kids at home for this one, and definitely make a reservation. Then relax and enjoy what equates to the ultimate culinary spa treatment.
