The best in the inland empire! Everything here is really really really good. They have the best thick cut steak fries. All of the employees are super sweet. I truly believe they have some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you P&G. Great job! There burgers are the best!
I would most DEFINTELY come back here.. I’ve passed by the this restaurant so many times and never thought much about it. Well today I did. Ic came ale with my parents and my boyfriend. I order pastrami chili cheese fries and they were FREAKING BOMB!
Wrong Order, bad solution. Ordered 3 dinners, when we go home we noticed one was not ours, before anyone started to eat we called them up and the young lady said we could take it back and they would fix it, I informed her that we’d just arrived home after a long day and weren’t up to spending the time (or gas) to do that tonight. She talked to the manager and she told me to leave my name and number and that I could go within a week to get the correct order made at no charge. So, we rearranged the dinners so that although no one had what they wanted, everyone would have something they would actually eat. Then I get a call from (the very nice) young lady who tells me that she misunderstood her manager-he wanted us to bring the food back tomorrow, to have it remade. That’s genius! Except what should the third person eat tonight? And since the wrong order was chicken tenders a kid ended up with them and had started eating them (after the initial conversation), should we take it out of his mouth because THEY made a MISTAKE-TWO MISTAKES ACTUALLY (first with the order, second with the remedy). My family has been going to P&G Burgers for nearly 20 years and recommending it to people about as long, but after this experience neither will happen again!
This place is so good! They have the absolute best pastrami cheeseburgers and zucchini on the planet! Pistachio shakes for dessert!!!!! Fantastic
