Will not return again. I had never been to a Fuddruckers, so I had wrong expectations when I went there. I was hoping for a place with waiter service. Instead, it is a restaurant where you place your order at the entrance, wait for your name to be called, and then you seat yourself at table. One of my sons ordered the Napa salad which he said was OK. My other son ordered the Elk Burger, which he said was overcooked. My husband ordered a Burger and Fries. The Burger was dry and overcooked. The fries were not included in his order, so he had to stay in line again, and there was a discussion with the cashier. I had a salad with ground beef. One of the worst salads I have ever had. The ground beef was greasy and completely overpowered any greens. No tomatoes or onions present. The place was rather dirty. The tables were covered with worn and stained vinyl table cloths in various checkered colors. When we moved our chairs, we found a sticky residue on our hands. The restaurant’s atmosphere was unpleasant with its arcade game machines, and the blurring music. The Concord location does serve some beer, and we got ours serviced in a plastic cup. Overall, our entire family was very frustrated, and we regretted not having followed our first instinct to walk out of the restaurant at the beginning.
