Had an order of the Chana Masala & Bhindi + naan & rice ($9 w/entertainment.com coupon): garbanzo beans cooked with ginger, garlic and spices & okra cooked with ginger, garlic, tomatoes and onions. Food was delicious, staff was professional, and the ambiance was mellow (as before).
There is ALWAYS a line out the door of this spot whenever we walk by. We were going to the movies and thought we should check it out. Only 3 guests in line so we decided to try it. It is basically an Indian Taqueria. Order at the counter, get a number, self serve drinks and cutlery, and minimal table service. I found the food to be very very spicy. Perhaps this is a matter of taste, but dang, I was burning. All tasty food though and the prices are very reasonable. Plenty of leftovers to take home.

Very tasty. Excellent food. You order your food at the counter, and then wait for it to be brought to your table. All the dishes we ordered were very good: Chicken Daal, Lamb shank, Palak Paneer. Mango Lassie was good, maybe a little too sweet. The Naan is excellent, in particular the garlic one. For lunch, the place is always very full. You can also order online for pick-up.
This must be the best and freshest Indian I have had in years. When you walk in it gives the impression of a fast food system. But don’t be mislead, everything is FRESHLY made and DELICIOUS. Real plates and silverware what a treat. I am a big fan of this place, even the interior and the music is great. I’ll be back on my next visit.
