Best Mexican Food from San Diego to Santa Barbara, hands down!. We are real Mexican cuisine foodies even though we are not Hispanic. We happened upon Eduardo’s when we got off the 91 freeway on our way back to LA. WOW, what a find. The food is the read deal – love the tomatillo salsa, Carnitas – double yummmm, we had the Carnitas tostado and Carnitas wet burrito. The best in So Cal from San Diego to Santa Barbara. We got some of their red Posole to take home and it was outstanding. We would have given them a 5-star rating had the waitress been more attentive and not making us wait and wait to even be served, but then she did a better job. We’ll be back – try it, you’ll love it!
Great Salsa! Wonderful meals for our whole family. Fresh ingredients prepared with delicious spices. I had the shrimp prepared diablo style and my mom had chicken verde. Wow! We ate it all. My oldest son had a bean and cheese burrito. My youngest had steak fajitas. We will be back!
