Finally I decided not to go anymore to el tumi, after the last few times I went there I noticed the food is becoming bad, my wife and I went last time a week ago and we order some dinner and we got disappointed, the food was horrible and the meat taste like it had no seasoning, so we though we may eat that we the huacatay hot sauce but we found out that sauce was way too salty I mean it tasted salty like the ocean, we end it up taking that home and thrown in the trash can, but I didn’t loose hope yet until today I went by my self and I bought a pan con chicharron breakfast to go and in the mean time ordered a inca kola which they served me in a duty glass, I complaint and got a clean glass, after getting home I open the food box and is missing the ensalada criolla so I said I have enough, I grab my phone and call back to the restaurant and spoke to the manager whom didn’t have any idea how to deal with a complaint and in a bad tone he told me if that was all I have to say and like trying to make me an idiot he said he was going to fired the waiter and hang up the call.Sad but true, I guess I will keep going to the Pollo Inca in LA where I never had an issue I don’t care if I have to drive 60 miles, it is worth it.
