Delicious Sushi Rolls. The sushi is fresh, delicious, and prepared beautifully. The Crunchy Red Dragon roll is a must try. The Salmon Kama (broiled salmon cheek) is one of my favorite hot dishes here, it is moist and flavorful and melts in your mouth.The Sushi Chef and owner are Japanese, so you can rely that you are getting good authentic Japanese food. The owner is very friendly and the wait staff is attentive and give great customer service.They recently remodeled and renovated the place, changing the carpet to wood floors and adding trendy lighting and decor. They also added a an Asian themed patio area and a bar. I would say this is a cool date spot or a place to grab a drink & appetizers with friends. The owner told me they are in process of adding a beer garden/lounge that will have live bands and DJ’s… can’t wait.
