Terrible i ordered crab enchiladas an there was shrimp in it when did they start that it wasn’t on the menu an i’m alerject to shrimp now i have a rash an their chili relano crust looked like deep fried chicken an dry inside an the taquitos they put 2 over cooked in a big carry out with no sour cream or lettuce but they did give me a small container of guacamole ,, this was carry out ,,, Back to my fav. El Ranchito although it’s a further drive.
Average at best. This Acapulco is a long ways from the Acapulco of yesteryear. Overall, one can have a plentiful meal, but leave thinking how good it was at one time.Happens everywhere: Gulliver’s, use to serve the tastiest prime rib and sides this side of South Hampton. Now, years after, the magic has simply vanished. The Northwood Inn, the greatest baked potatoes, size and flavor, the very exquisite white and purple cabbage, the incredibly good cheese bread, their raspberry sundae. Now, corporate has decided in so many ways to change all that. At least In & Out never falters. They stick to their guns and guard their quality with passion. Acapulco is just one more, of the many mexican places in southern California. Is like walking into a place that you want to remember like a very special place and find out in a hurry it’s not anymore. Have to look long and hard to be able to find a really good mexican place these days. Regretfully, Acapulco is just average fair. Prices not too steep and that is always a good thing. 3.5 Stars.
Average Mexican Food. The best part about this Mexican restaurant is the patio dining. The food is just average. They have a Sunday brunch which is very crowded, but I don’t see why. Again, the food was just average.
