  Wedding Cake Nightmare and Condescending Staff!. Do *NOT* order your cake from this place. Brides and Grooms please read on and read our journey with Cinderella Cakes. We ordered a wedding cake here and the service was amazing when we placed the order. We thought we had nothing to worry about when we placed the order. How wrong we were… Day of the wedding the cake finally arrives. There was a slight smudge on the design but who cares, the day was going fantastic. So we finally get down to cutting the cake open and they got *EVERYTHING* wrong on the inside. We had 3 layers, one layer was supposed to be chocolate cake with XXX fudge. The other 2 layers had their specialties on the inside with vanilla cake. What we got was a child’s birthday cake. All vanilla with cookies and cream filling the entire way through. We did not even get to eat a bite of our cake because we both despise cookies and cream. We called them immediately after cutting the cake and they did not answer. We called the day after and the person who handles their screw ups was not available. We had to wait until after the honeymoon to get in contact with them. We did and we were offered a refund. We waited 3 weeks and did not receive a check. We called them and they mailed us a second one. It finally arrives and it is for $35. The cake was over $500 and they are trying to offer us $35. We finally get a hold of Mike who was super awesome when we met him the first time. Now he tells us that is all we will be getting because of the filling costs. He then elaborates on how it is just cake and we should not be making a big deal out of it. He then tells us if we try to take him to small claims court he will win because he has won in the past. This guy is a real piece of work. He ruined the once in a lifetime moment that was our wedding cake and tries to make it up with a $35 refund and a boo boo apology. I will be recommending all of my friends who get married to stay away from all locations. Do not put your once in a lifetime experience in the hands of these people.

  Birthday Cake. We just had our daughters 1st. birthday cake from Cinderella Cakes on Saturday, Jan. 26th. It was fabulous!!! They were so patient and helpful when we ordered our baby’s cake. Thay even gave us a small smash cake to match!! The staff was so nice and they have abeautiful showroom and the best part is you can taste the cake too!!! We can’t wait for the next time we order a cake!!
