We are so lucky here to have an abundance of ramen shops. What stands out here is the intensity of the pork broth. The rich, fatty broth is overwhelmingly porky. If that sounds too intense you can get a lighter version. That’s just one of a number of customizations you can get. The noodles are pretty toothsome by default. You can get them softer or harder. If you need the heat then go for God Fire. It’s solidly spicy.
