Rotolo di Spinaci (baked rolled up pasta filled with ricotta and spinach, on a bed of marinara sauce and topped with bchamel and melted mozzarella cheese), Risotto of the day made with the freshest ingredients. Pizza con Burrata, cooked in the wood burning oven which takes this Italian favorite food to another dimension. Many traditional dishes such as veal and chicken are available, not to mention a local favorite, Osso Buco which is served on a bed of saffron risotto.
