This has been a cheap eat place of mine for yrs. I always get a chicken combo plate with extra tomatillo hot sauce. The hot sauce is a must try for anyone – spicy in a more flavorful way than a chili heat way and salty. The beans and rice are simple and I always get the lemon garlic butter on the chicken. They do have fries here, so for carne asada lovers try the super carne asada fries. Enjoy!

Okay, this place is rockin! First of all the prices are so amazing. A family of four can eat for under twenty bucks. Secondly, portions are large and quality is great! Try the carne asada soft taco. It takes two hands to hold and I can’t wait to go and get it again.
Great food. Super Pollo in Costa Mesa is great, if you remember what El Pollo Loco used to be like when they were new, and multiply that by a 5x yum factor, enough said.
